Information we use
When you create an account, we use your email address, account identifier and display name. The app stores the Dreams, focus interests, reflections, saved manifestations, practice activity, XP and achievements you choose to create. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in Dreams or reflections. Local app storage holds cached preferences and content.
How we use your information
We use this information to provide your account, personalize manifestations, save your content, calculate progress, verify subscription access and respond to support requests. Notification preferences are used for reminders on your device.
Service providers and AI
Supabase provides account authentication and database hosting. RevenueCat and your app store process subscription status, app user identifiers, purchase records and technical information needed to provide billing. For AI generation, Dream details and focus interests are sent to OpenAI to create personalized content. We do not send your reflection journal to OpenAI for generation. These providers process data under their own policies and may process it outside your country.
Photos, audio and notifications
You can select images for your Vision Board. The app stores selected image references locally on your device; the current version does not upload these images to our server or send them to the AI provider. Audio features play sounds and do not record your microphone. You can disable reminders in your device settings.
Payments
Google Play or the App Store handles payment details. ManifestWithMi does not receive your full card information. We receive subscription and purchase status so that we can provide paid features. Deleting an app account does not cancel a store subscription.
Retention and deletion
Your account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion at dev.midhulp@gmail.com using your account email address. Deletion removes your login and associated Dreams, reflections, saved content, activity, progress and app subscription record. Local app caches are cleared on the device that performs deletion. Store and billing providers may retain transaction records for their legal obligations, fraud prevention and accounting. Provider backups can retain copies until their backup retention expires. Images in your original photo library are not deleted.
Your choices and security
You can edit your name and focus interests, manage your content, disable notifications and request access to or deletion of your account data at dev.midhulp@gmail.com. We use authenticated access and encrypted network connections. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Children and changes
ManifestWithMi is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided account data. We may update this policy as features or providers change; the update date appears on this page.
